Cold Storage List provides information and facilitates business connections. We are not the manufacturer, owner, seller, contractor, consultant or service provider for every business displayed on the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our paid services, create an account or submit business information.

If you use Cold Storage List on behalf of a company, partnership or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Some services may require you to create an account.

When creating or using an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Keep your login details confidential
• Update your information when necessary
• Use the account only for lawful purposes
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access
• Accept responsibility for activities performed through your account

You must not create an account using false details, another person’s identity or misleading business information.

By submitting a business listing, you confirm that:

• The listing does not violate any law or third-party right
• The products and services described are genuine
• You will notify us if important information changes

Cold Storage List may review, edit, categorise, approve, reject, suspend or remove a listing to maintain quality, accuracy and relevance.

Submission of a business listing does not guarantee approval, ranking, promotion, leads, enquiries or business results.

Cold Storage List may organise business information obtained from lawful public sources, including official websites, government records, public directories, industry publications, advertisements, business pages and information supplied by authorised representatives.

If you are the owner or authorised representative of a listed business, you may request correction, updating or removal of inaccurate information.

We may ask for reasonable proof of identity, ownership or authority before processing such a request.

Cold Storage List may offer paid access to company databases, contact information, industry data and upcoming project information.

When you purchase or access business data, you receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use it for lawful internal business purposes.

Permitted uses may include:

• Market and industry analysis

Unless we provide written permission, you must not:

• Resell or redistribute the database
• Publish purchased data on another website
• Share access with unauthorised persons

• Use the data for fraud, harassment or unlawful activity
• Send misleading, abusive or unlawful communications
• Claim ownership of information provided by Cold Storage List
• Attempt to bypass access or download restrictions

Database access may be restricted, suspended or cancelled if the information is misused.

We take reasonable steps to organise, review and update business information. However, company information can change without notice.

Cold Storage List does not guarantee that every record will always be:

• Available
• Verified by the listed company
• Suitable for a particular business purpose

Users must independently verify company names, contact details, GST information, licences, credentials, quotations, technical specifications, pricing and service capabilities before entering into a transaction.

The word “verified” may indicate that certain information has been reviewed using available sources. It does not constitute a guarantee, certification or endorsement of a company.

The final database may differ from sample data in:

• Any minimum number of enquiries or leads

Users are responsible for verifying the identity, experience, licences, technical capability and commercial terms of any person or business before proceeding.

Prices displayed on the Platform may depend on the database, category, location, subscription, access period or selected service.

By placing an order, you agree to:

• Pay the displayed amount and applicable taxes
• Use an authorised payment method

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance by Cold Storage List.

Delivery time may vary depending on payment confirmation, account verification, product availability and technical conditions.

Users are responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining access to their registered account.

Database files and other digital products are generally non-refundable after they have been delivered, downloaded, accessed or made available through the user dashboard.

A refund may be considered where:

• The same payment was charged more than once
• Payment was completed but the purchased product was not delivered
• A technical issue prevents access and our team cannot resolve it
• Cold Storage List cancels the order before delivery

A change of mind, lack of business response, outdated individual records or failure to achieve an expected commercial result will not normally qualify for a refund.

Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period. Bank or payment gateway processing times may apply.

While using Cold Storage List, you must not:

• Break any applicable law
• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or business
• Upload harmful files or malicious software
• Attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems
• Interfere with website security or performance
• Scrape, copy or extract data without permission
• Harass listed businesses or enquiry submitters

• Use the Platform in a way that may harm its users or reputation

We may investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action, including restricting access or closing an account.

The Cold Storage List name, logo, website design, database structure, written content, graphics, software, layout and original platform materials are owned by or licensed to Techno Fitters Private Limited.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our protected content without written permission.

Business names, logos, images and trademarks belonging to listed companies remain the property of their respective owners.

Cold Storage List may contain links to company websites, payment gateways, social media platforms and other third-party services.

We do not control or accept responsibility for:

• Third-party content
• External website security
• Privacy practices
• Product or service quality
• Quotations or pricing
• Delivery or project performance
• Agreements made between users and third parties

Any transaction or communication with a third party is undertaken at the user’s own discretion and risk.

Articles, project details, database records and other information available through Cold Storage List are provided for general business information.

Nothing on the Platform should be treated as legal, financial, engineering, refrigeration, construction or investment advice.

Users should consult qualified professionals before making technical, legal, financial or commercial decisions.

Cold Storage List is provided on an “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will always be uninterrupted
• Every database record will be complete or current
• Every listed company will respond
• Every business will be reliable or suitable
• The Platform will produce leads, sales or profits
• Technical errors will never occur
• All third-party information will be accurate

We may update, correct, replace or remove information when reasonably necessary.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cold Storage List and Techno Fitters Private Limited will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from:

• Reliance on database information
• Communication with a listed business
• Business decisions or transactions
• Loss of profit or opportunity
• Project delays or failure
• Third-party products or services
• Unauthorised use of purchased data
• Temporary website or dashboard unavailability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to compensate and protect Cold Storage List, Techno Fitters Private Limited and their authorised representatives against reasonable claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• False or unauthorised information submitted by you
• Your infringement of another person’s rights
• Your unlawful use of business data
• A transaction or dispute between you and another user or business

We may suspend, restrict or terminate an account, listing, purchase access or other service if:

• These Terms are violated
• Payment fraud is suspected
• Information is used unlawfully
• Another person’s rights are affected
• The Platform or its users may be harmed
• We are required to act by law

Termination does not remove payment obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.

By using Cold Storage List, you also acknowledge the practices described in that policy.

We may update these Terms and Conditions when our services, pricing, technology, business model or legal obligations change.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Platform after an update means that you accept the revised Terms.

Cold Storage List will not be responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet failure, power interruption, cyber incidents, government action, strikes, public emergencies or failure of third-party service providers.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute connected with Cold Storage List, its services or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in West Bengal, India.
